I am very satisfied with living at San Rafael Town Center..

I have lived her for the past two years, without any complaints. I am very grateful for my housing, enviroment and consider the staff to be excellent in their services.

Great Location

Great Location, Great Staff, and Overall Great Value for the area. The complex is close to Transportation, major highway, and dining. The Staff feels like family. They are professional, courteous, and keeps the complex always looking great (inside ans outside). Parking is available and there are washers and dryers in some… but not all units. Nevertheless, this is convenient. I have lived here 7 years, and many of my neighbors have lived here much longer. Truly a sign of a Great Place. I have enjoyed my stay, the staff, and a true great value for this area.

kind of pretty good

pretty good on noise, pretty good on the mail set up. wish the laundry set up was a little better, sometimes the dryer doesn't dry the cloths all the way. There were many things wrong with the apartment that we needed maintenance to fix when we moved in. would be nice if maintenance was faster at fixing the halls up, there is still paint stained all over the carpets. There are areas in the parking garage area and near the gym that look not finished and ugly. Since having luxury in the name you would assume a pool, but there is not. Living here is good but I'm not sure if its worthy being called luxury

The Place to Be

I’ve lived a lot of places in the bay area and this is the best one by far! Everyone is super friendly and the building is very secure. The maintenance crew and management are on the ball; there are rarely problems, but when they arise they are remedied quickly. You definitely get what you pay for here and the location cannot be beat!

Rafael Town Center Resident for ~4 years

We LOVE living here -- the building, our unit, the amenities, everything. The staff have always been wonderful and proactive. The location is also great. We've had a great experience living here.
